Marlboro College professors Meg Mott and Amer Latif will examine the issues of public discourse and the bridging of political and religious divides.  Mott teaches political theory and is from Western Massachusetts. Latif teaches religious studies and was raised in Pakistan.  They will bring audience members into a conversation about the practice of weighing and considering various points of view at a time when a lack of civility begins to cloud the democratic process.
