Charlemont Flu Vaccine Clinic

The Franklin Regional Council of Government’s Cooperative Public Health Service (CPHS) and community volunteers will be providing a series of public flu clinics at community sites in CPHS member towns.

A flu clinic will be held in coordination with our local Council on Aging at

• Charlemont Federated Church Tuesday, October 8, 2019, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Please bring MEDICARE and INSURANCE CARDS. Medicare, MassHealth and most commercial insurances are accepted.  A fee of $20 is asked for adult vaccine if no insurance card available.
