During the service on this festival day we will remember when Jesus came into Jerusalem, riding on a donkey, with the crowd waving palms and shouting, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” We will reflect on the crowds welcoming the prophesied King (compared to the crowds later in the week crying “Crucify him!”)
