The Refugio Rafael in Bolivia currently has two major project areas:
1) Training workshops to help women in the community advance their skills in producing and selling goods, focusing on agriculture, sewing, baking, beauty, handcrafts and very basic business skills.
2) Education for children focusing on early childhood development, after school assistance, computer skills, English language, and music. The Food bank and medical assistance continue to be offered.
